Ja gibt es, das ganze nennt sich responsive design, was man erstellt. Dann ist es für alles optimal kompatibel.
Wie genau das funktioniert kann ich dir zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erklären, befasse mich derzeit mit der Materie.
